Create a normal discussion, uncheck that its a question and attach as many files as you like.

You may insert a video in the text body but for better quality its adviseable to attach in normal avi format (or whatever). That way the users also can step through the video frame by frame back and forth in good quality, which is not possible when you use the condensed video in the flash player which is offered here.

The only drawback of this method is that you don't gain 10 points (not sure if this still applies) for uploading a video Image may be NSFW.

Of course I am assuming that you wish to upload videos of short length with some of your animations and not a full resolution 1 hour tutorial video.
