You can IMPORT the file with Creo Parametric 3.0 (F000).  I've done it many times already.  See my attached post on importing an entire H-60 lightweight model.  This was made in CATIA V4.

I just imported the entire CH-53E surfacing model from CATIA V5.  I would post it here but I'm at home.  I've also imported Solidworks.
