This is working for me on Unix in 9.1 and 10.2.
- From a Windchill shell, type jconsole.
- Connect ServerManagerMain.
- Drill down to com.ptc > Monitors > Active Users > Attributes.
- On the right pain, double-click on java.lang.String[#].
There is also a PTC document that shows a different location for this. The PTC document is only looking at the users connected to a specific MS. CS146093.
I'd be interested if this works for you. I cannot remember if this is something we had to set up or it was OOTB. It would also be nice if this information was passed through to Server Status in the UI instead of having to go jconsole into on the server to find it.
